Hmmm? I prefer learning by myself . I learned guitar by myself and I had a drum teacher nonetheless I didn?t rly learn much. In math I do my homework during class ( he doesn?t mind as long as it?s math) and I find it easier . I had an ice skating and swimming teacher too ( I still cant ice skate or swim) . I like advice and tips nonetheless I would rather learn by

you need to find a way to have a balance between both. Teaching yourself is great.. nonetheless a teacher can offer you more information that you may not know or that may not be in the book. Be more open minded, listen to what others have to say and learn from them!
