Question by marcus R: What type of Licenses will I need to start a Real estate company from home in Florida?
I live in an apartment complex and I would like to know what Licenses would I need to start a real estate company. I would like to know this so I could continue on building my business credit profile.

You need a brokers license. You can only apply for a brokers license after working for another broker as a licensed real estate agent for 2 years.
