ST. GALLEN, Switzerland (AP) -Swiss police say a burglar took credit cards, tens of thousands of francs (dollars) in cash and electrical devices from the Chile team's hotel rooms while they played a friendly against Spain.

State police in St. Gallen said Saturday that the burglar apparently packed the loot into a wheeled suitcase that also was stolen and was able to leave the hotel undisturbed.

Police say it's not clear how the burglar was able to get into the team's rooms at a hotel in the northeastern Swiss city.

World champion Spain beat Chile 3-2 in Friday night's match.
