This artist does not believe in following another drummer?s tune. She prefers making her own music. The Pratt, Kansas artist has created her an unique form of art by using her skills of painting and stained glass. As a matter of fact, it is so unique that she couldn?t find a name for it.
She believes in being unique and not following everyone. She decided to combine techniques from painting and stained glass work as she was torn between the two. She says when she looks at glass, she gets an idea of what she needs to do with it. On several occasions most of them miss this aspect.
In fact, the images are actually in the glass, all you need to do is look for them. She prefers buying the stained glass from Hutchinson and Wichita and carefully selecting the pieces. Glass designs can cover the face and make a bullet hole in the chief?s chest. The finishing touches to the portrait included, facial features and a rustic background on the glass.
